Amie Bailey

Co-Founder and COO

Amie started her hospitality career as a barista with what was then a very provincial company called Peet's Coffee, Tea, & Spices. Over time her role grew to include project management for all new locations opening 30+ stores per year, and helping to grow the company from 8 to 125 locations. Since those early days she has taken a few interesting turns in her career, always striving to find ways to improve the industry from a leadership position.

Along with creating amazing hospitality for guests her goal has always been to create a truly fulfilling employment experience through equitable policy and engaged practice, while also developing every member of every team to become a better professional as a result of their time with her.

You can dive a little deeper into her wild professional path (of which she wouldn't trade a single step) here: @LinkedIn. Get to know her personally here: @Instagram. She is looking forward to working with you.

David Buehrer

Co-founder and CEO

David Buehrer started in coffee on his 16th birthday and never looked back.

He bought a closed-down donut shop at age 19 for $5,000, opened a second one at age 22, and co-founded Greenway Coffee Company alongside sisters Niken and Ecky Prabanto in 2008 which now has six locations under its umbrella.

Over the years, he has been involved in opening dozens of concepts alongside some really amazing people. David also co-founded an order ahead platform for independent cafes to ease Covid-era safe, contactless payment- it’s called RDY.

He is shuffled up and ready to play a game of Magic the Gathering with you any time - he calls it “The Brain Gym”.
